If you wish to cancel or amend your booking you should e-mail us immediately at info@iformulate.biz. Any changes are effective when the e-mail is received. Cancellation charges are indicated below. In extenuating circumstances we may waive or reduce charges at our discretion.

If the attendee named on the booking form cannot attend, we will accept substitution of another delegate as long as e-mail notification (to info@iformulate.biz) of the substitution has been received by us prior to the course date.
As an alternative to cancellation we can allow at our discretion a proportion of the fee paid as credit towards another course run by iFormulate within 6 months following the originally booked event. Delegates are only permitted to one course transfer or substitution per booking. After this the full fee will be charged.
In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto a course or unavoidable tutor absence due e.g. to illness, Formulate reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course. In the event of cancellation of a course by iFormulate, we will endeavour to inform participants, where possible, one week before the course is due to take place. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment can be transferred in full to another iFormulate course. iFormulate shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.
